How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat rate of $12. We post Australia wide to all locations covered by Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 10 working days for the delivery of your parcel. These time frames are not set by us but by Australia Post.Our turnaround time is two business days upon receiving your order.
Can I return my product?
We do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. In the event your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will get it sorted for you.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you want to change your order please email hello@thethreedarlings.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it's yours. However, if there is a fault with the item, please email us at hello@thethreedarlings.com or use our online form.
The product I want is out of stock. Are you getting more?
A item that says ‘out of stock’, means that it is a popular item and currently on back order. If you would like to be notified when this fab item will be back in stock, then make sure you pop your email address to the ‘notify me’ box. Once the item is back in stock, we will send you an email to let you know.
